The Southern Creole-influenced menu is designed by Culinary Director, Kelley Lee. Specialty beer is made using Old World techniques and nothing but the finest malts, hops, single-celled yeast cultures, and specially treated and filtered water.

Hopley: Finally, quality, strong, fresh beer in the city! Lots of choice to suit everyones tastes. Food nothing special (in fairness only eaten here once), however the beer makes up for it. Some of the staff however struggle to understand an Englishman ordering his pint (very frustrating), and have to wait a while for service. However amazing what I am willing to put up with for a decent brew.
