Classes combine ancient Indian with modern styles, and include Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and "Free Spirit Yoga Dance", a class exclusive to Yoga Space. The studio caters for both Chinese and English language clients, as well as providing a tea area and a tatami lounge with high-speed internet. Yoga Space is the International yoga teachers‘ training school authorized by U.S. Yoga Alliance.

emiliehardinge: Heated floors, candlelit yoga class and a surprisingly comedic instructor... Overall great experience. If yoga in general was not so flipping expensive I would join but I can't justify spending so much on yoga. I did love their cushion tea area and I do wish that the female locker room was bigger... That or that people were more aware of personal space especially when undressing.
IngaEg: Excellent location right next to Hengshan Lu metro station (exit 1)! The place is small
