You get everyday discounts and special deals at over 300 top spots in Shanghai. Upon joining, you will receive an Enjoy Membership Card, which you can use to receive discounts or special deals every time you visit an Enjoy Venue. You will also receive a voucher booklet filled with amazing one-time use vouchers that offer crazy deals, like 50%off, free bottles of wine, buy 1-get-1-free drinks, complimentary dishes, and many more.
For only 299RMB you will get a 12-month membership to our program. You can simply join online or via our hotline: 400-88-36569. You can also join directly at any Enjoy Venues throughout Shanghai..
You will receive your membership card within 2-3 days week after you have activated your card. Your membership starts from the date of activation. However to enjoy your full membership benefits you should activate your card immediately, as the temporary card is only valid for a single use.
The activation process requires members to enter a unique code supplied within the membership kit and to provide the relevant registration details. We will then send you your full 12-month card, embossed with your name, to your address. Any additional voucher and card offers in the future will be sent to you directly by mail and/or email, using the details you supply.
If your membership extends through February 28, 2010 you will receive a new voucher booklet before your old one expires. Some of the offers will be different in the new voucher book, as venues and restaurants come and go and their menus and offers may change. Our motto has always been to get both the most up-to-date offers and the hottest venues in our program.
Yes we do! Our standard delivery fee is 10-15RMB for downtown residences and 25RMB for the Lujiazui Area. We do send to most areas in Shanghai but the delivery fee will vary according to distance; please verify with the operator upon ordering. Your membership kit will be delivered within 36 hours. Currently, the only available payment form for this service is cash on delivery.
Enjoy Member Renewals
- How do I renew my membership?
Current members can renew their membership prior to expiry. We will contact you via email or phone to advise you of your membership expiration and also to offer you a special deal for renewal. If you renew your membership, you will be able to continue using your enjoy card and voucher benefits. You will also receive a brand-new voucher booklet when your current booklet expires.

Only Enjoy VIP Members can review participating Enjoy Venues. If you registered your card prior to August 1, 2009, you will need to revisit the site to confirm your details and create a username and password for the new Enjoyshanghai.com. If you registered or activated after August 1, you should have received a link via email with instructions on creating your username and password. This new login system will allow you to rate and review venues on the site. The top contributors will earn prizes, including free meals, massages and bottles of wine.
If you purchased an Enjoy kit prior to August 15, click this link and enter your card and pin number. You can then either review or supply your details and create a username and password. A confirmation email will be then be sent to you. Click the link to activate your Enjoy VIP web account.
If you purchased an Enjoy kit after August 15, you will have been either pre-registered when you joined via our hotline or website, or automatically registered when you activated your membership. If you have not yet activated, please click here.

You may send us an email, or call our hotline on 400-88-36569, and our customer service team will verify your registration information and help you to get a new card. Please have your Name, Card Number and Registered Address handy while contacting us, as this will speed-up the process. The card replacement fee is 50RMB plus a delivery charge.

Although all participating venues are trained and contractually obliged to honor their offers to Enjoy members, we do occasionally receive complaints claiming otherwise. We have been working hard for years to maintain and provide the best deals in town, so any complaints made are taken very seriously.
You can send us an email or contact our hotline on 400-88-36569. State the venue, date and time, name of the person who served you and details of your complaint. Our customer service team will investigate your situation and reply to you within 48 hours.
