After carefully and beautifully renovating The Binjiang One, the restaurant has partnered with Germany’s fine-food company, KÄFER, to bring Shanghai an inspiring contemporary European dining experience. Now, KÄFER by The Binjiang One offers much more than just a typical dining experience: in addition to fine European cuisine, the three-story building is also home to a Snow Bar, an Underground Wine Cellar and two themed private rooms.

biliana: I love The Binjiang One! We got married there in 2010 so obviously I can't be totally impartial, but I do believe it has one of the most beautiful and complete settings in Shanghai, paired with excellent cuisine at a great value. After the renovation this is even more true, the new brunch spread is absolutely awesome, the service is even better and all in all i can only recommend it. One of the best value vouchers in the Enjoy book.
JAGRUSS: It's well worth the trip to Pudong. Chef Ansgar Schlemmer tantalizes us with new views on classic dishes without going fusion. Excellent view & service. I recommend the STEAK on the bone....(don't forget to pay a visit to the icebar afterwards)
