thelightfantastic: This is actually the best Italian food I've had in Shanghai. Everything was delicious, from the bisque to the tartare. Unfortunately, it is situated in Plaza 66, which is a rather sterile location that the decor of Specchi fails to make up for. I'd take someone here just to savour the food, though not if I wanted to impress them with ambiance.
