bbmiLo: We have been to this restaurant several times, just realized they are actually on Enjoy program. It's a little hidden gem, it's on 4th floor on top of two Chinese restaurants. Once you get up there, its a nice place with a beautiful terrace. The food is good, and of very reasonable price without the discount. I'd say this is one of the best value for western food in Shanghai. Recommended.
