jerryed: While the food is good, the service is average at best, long waits, main course being brought out while we were still eating appetizers, one main course coming out 10 minutes before the other etc. Also, I wanted to order some takeout food and they will not take a phone order. While I understand the risk sometimes for no-shows, when food prep is time consuming such as lasagna or pizza they really need to come up with an alternative so regular customers don't spend 20-30 minutes waiting for an order to be prepared.

gongxihexi11: Like the interior looking inside and the industrial looking ceiling~I was lucky that day to happen to go that on Tue.... otherwise hard to find room to stay...

ronamae: We just love this place and we keep coming back! Real authentic italian cuisine. oh mama mia! Food is great! Both tried the pastas and pizzas and oh yummy! The environment and the service is quiet good especially in dongzhuanbang road (metropark). And the timing of delivering the food is excellent. You really get to enjoy eating your antipasto without worrying about the main course coming soo soon like the other restaurants do ( just slammed everything on the table!) The price of the food also is very reasonable and affordable. I think it is really an excellent deal. :)

cjfuss: Food is just great and worth the money! Authentic Italian. Very nice athmosphere free prosecco and snacks while waiting for table because its always crowded! So dont forget to make a reservation!

eliseetmoi: Nice food but the restaurant is a bit noisy.Don't forget to book a table the restaurant is sometimes fully booked!

JacquelineCHU: Went to the Gateway one at New Year's Eve, the pasta is good and the pizza is not bad, also, the service is very satisfactory, if not for the reason of mini tables, limited space, and long waiting time, would go there for the second time, anyway!

thelightfantastic: Maybe I'll be shot for saying this of such a well-loved restaurant but - overrated. Food is good but not great. Partially because of all the hype, I expected more. Liking the complimentary bottle of wine though, not a bad bouquet at all.

biliana: Very good food and great value, probably the best Italian in town, but do not go on a Friday night if you mind waiting 1 hour for a table (with a Prosecco treat though). Good for every week and all occasions.

yyyymmmm: Best value Italian food in town! This restaurant has consistently served up good and reasonably-priced Italian. A great place to go with a big group.

cmou5775: authentic italian!The restaurant is good. The italian food are cooked in real italian way. This is a good staring. A lot of Italian restaurant are really dummy, they usually have nothing in common with italian food.I tried some pasta, it was good but a little bit "fat". The antipasto was good too.Some wines seems to much expensive.
