The Southern Creole-influenced menu is designed by Culinary Director, Kelley Lee. Specialty beer is made using Old World techniques and nothing but the finest malts, hops, single-celled yeast cultures, and specially treated and filtered water.

cmou5775: Visit BCB regularly, the beer is fresh with some full strength brews...with a good selection of ales, pilsners, dark and light. It isn't cheap but thats Shanghai. The food has not disapointed once, tasty and large portions, the burgers are great. Make sure if you plan to visit weekends, book ahead, its often full. If you want some western food, good beer...look no furher!
