zepherness: Regularly go to the Apartment for their great happy hour. The card was a bonus with 10% off the food. The service isn't the greatest, and a few times they ran out of the happy hour wine?!?! Overall, I cannot complain, it's a nice place to go to for a decent priced dinner w. drinks. Would recommend.
